Worst Courier Service

CCD Couriers contacted me on the 18th of November 2013 to deliver my card.
All is well, made the arrangements for the for the 19th of November even received an sms confirmation.
19th came and went, later that day I received another sms confirmation for the 20th,
That is when I phoned them as this is unacceptable that they don't pitch up without any communication.
they made the excuse that the diver said I didn't have any documents with me, he wasn't even here to deliver my card...
Ok, so now they made new arrangement for the 26th.
The driver pitch-up eventually, to make a even longer story shorter, he did want to give me my card after I made special arrangements with his supervisor.
Now new arrangements was made with a senior person for the 27th, I waited and waited, no driver...

This is the worst service from a courier company ever.
I even asked that this must be escalated, they just ignore me.

i just want my new card please...
