I am an existing client and I have purchased a new vehicle. My insurer states not to drive my new car without the tracking device. So Cartrack arranged to have the unit installed in my car on Sat 4 Jan at 11am. Obviously no one shows up and I don't get to take delivery of my new car on Sat as promised. What irks me though, is that Cartrack are all too happy to say that if I miss the appointment, then I am charged R570. So now that they have missed their appointment, I would like R570. Terms and Conditions must swing both ways. So I will be invoicing for it. I sincerely hope someone with authority reads this and replies. On top of that, trying to phone anyone about it is unsuccessful. No one seems to answer a phone on a Saturday. And there was no communication from their side about a delay or postponement. A simple call to me to make it Monday, would have helped a lot. Let's see if Cartrack come to the party.
