Give me my money Back

I was with a company called Watch Dog, they were taken over by ADT.
The first I knew about it was when I arrived home and found bright ADT signs on my gate.
I have no contract with ADT what so ever.
Today ADT double debited me on my monthly premium...
ADT I have not signed any paperwork with you authorising you to debit my account what so ever.

Kindly send one of your consultants to see me in order to sign a contract.

And SECONDLY REFUND me my money you have taken out of my account

O And I spent over 15 minutes on the phone this morning getting passed from pillar to post trying to sort this out.
This is TOTALLY Unacceptabel
I want an answer today and I want the money you owe me in my account today.
Not negotiable
