Unethical ways of getting customers

I bought my car at Phalaborwa NTT. Cartrack phone me and say I owe them because they made an agreement with NTT to pre instal cartrack device on their cars. I was charged -R3000 for a device that I didn't even ask for now they say I owe monthly payments from the time I bought my car. In my opinion they owe me the money they charged for I device I didn't ask for. Now they phone me everyday making legal threats that I signed their papers at NTT. I asked during my break to go and sign release papers for my car. No one told me there were Cartrack contract papers. Its not my first car sO I didn't expect anyone to join anything for me without explaining to me first. Now they tell me they want to hand my name over cause I don't pay. What kind of business is this. I am a good payer and I pay for all the services I ask for. What must I do?
