Horrible service

My outside beam does not work on my alarm, after phoning Chubb security and asking fir a quote, Freddy came and gave me the quote for a new beam

I accepted the quote on 17 of dec 2013 and Freddy said thst he would come and install the new beam on 18 dec 2013.

After waitjng the full dsy on the 18th, no one came to install the new beam

i phoned freddy again and also the call centre on the 19th, and they said no stock was avalable and he would do the install on the 20th, same story, no install and no phone call to inform me that he was not going to install... waste of my time

on 27 dec2013, i phoned again and he said that t0he would install on 28dec... nothing... one more day lost.

I also phoned the call centre to speak to a manager on the 28th... was out on hold for 10 minutes and no one answered because of q break in into my car exactly whee the beam is broken... coincidence??

I received a phone call from the call centre saying that a manager would phone me in 2 minutes... after 4 hours of waiting for that phone call, i gave up!

total bunch of clowns... i will be changing securitycompanies to get this sorted
