One thing, they gave the best price thats why we stayed by them. they were very quick to get the contract by me to sign. 12/11/2013 i haven't received a copy of my contract. they were suppose to come to the house to show everything and check if everything works. they fixed the receiver but nothing else was said or done. no boards. they tried to break in on the 12/11/2013, the remotes also does not work, and they were checked. i ordered a beam Wednesday afternoon. i phoned and Jolene told me Bianca is not at work and nothing was given to her, she told me she does not no what to tell me 3 times!! I phoned Bianca and she said she will arrange the beam and the technician to come out again. The higher managements friend in northam had a problem and i had no service again cause the went to the friend. Again the technician should come on 26/11/2013 again no one came or phoned, no service!!! no one phones back to give feedback. but the contract is signed!!! my remotes to activate and deactivate doesnt work and it was reported, no boards outside. i am still waiting for the beam!
