On 25 Nov 2013 Chubb fitted an additional beam to our alarm system. Later, some faults became apparent.
I contacted Chubb and they agreed to send a technician to my house on the 13th Jan 2014.No one pitched. No phone call of apology, nothing. So the next day I phone them. Spoke to a Mr Adrian Theron. He arranger for a technician to call on15th Jan at 10am. No one pitched. No phone call... nothing. A few days later I contacted Chubb and again complained. I was told they could only send a technician on the 23 Jan 2014 They could not give me a time and that I would have to remain in the whole day!!! Guess what... Nobody pitched... nobody phoned... So now I phone again... No apology or explanation... they want to book another appointment!!! Will The Manager Peter Dewar kindly phone me. Lionel Willis
