Incorrect debit orders going off my account

I was in a process of purchasing a car with Kolev Motors and found out that the car was previously involved in an accident so i decided against purchasing the vehicle. I was called by one of the consultants from King Price whom offered insurence on the car which i took not knowing that the car was in a hectic accident therefore i decided again purchasing. I cancelled insurence with king price which they did and i have contactacted your call centre to cancel the telematic tracking device but was advised to sent an email which i did. But i noticed that for the second month the debit order ran for a product that i dont even have.

Please assist with the cancellations of that contract as well as for the debit orders that ran on two consecutive months for something that i had cancelled with the insurence company.
