NO SERVICE FROM ADT CAPE TOWN

To whom it may concern:

I am writing this mail with great disappointment: We engaged with ADT a few month ago to have an alarm system upgraded. Last week 9 December 2013 at 10:30 the sales consultant (Carl) arrived to assess the upgrade and quote.
After he mentioned that they are quit fully booked for installations we agreed that the passive outside of the premises will be attended to by the service teams during that specific week mentioned above, which they never pitched. We contacted the sales rep numerous times daily to no avail. He never returned any of our calls, he was "always" busy on his line when we tried to contact him.

Today, 18 December 2013, at around 16:45 a lady contacted me to book the service team for Monday 23 December 2013. I explained to her that this was not the agreement between myself and the sales rep (Carl - 083647 9880) and I requested to be transferred to him. He provided me his manager's number, who is also not answering his phone.

Please guide me in what to do or can you help me sorting this out.
