Awaiting refund for more than a month

I have been waiting for over a month for a refund from Maxidor even though i have submitted all necesary documentation.

my calls dont get returned, neither do my emails. the accounts consultant is ever available, yet the response was quick when I paid the installtion price in full.

who will refund me my R12000???
