"Services" of G4S Namibia - avoid at all costs!
We went on holidays in December 2013 and checked our house alarm two days before departure. Alarm was in working order and it was confirmed by G4S telephonically. G4S was requested by us in writing on 11 December 2013 to note new contact phone number (of our friend) for a period of us being out of Namibia (our phones were off while out of Namibia) and to send armed response team to our house in case of alarm being activated WITHOUT any telephonic confirmation from anyone or sending SMS to any number whatsoever. G4S decided to notice this message and replied on 17 December 2013 only when we received confirmation that instructions were noted.
Our house was broken in on around 23-24 December 2013 and a lot of household goods were . 2. We cancelled all G4S "services" in writing via e-mail and sent message on 30 December 2013 however G4S Namibia employee named Elsie plainly refused to do so while obliged to proceed at our first request. Our bank account was debited again for absolutely ZERO service from G4 for another month. One month later there is still no reaction from G4S Namibia to our request and no refund either.
