On 2012-12-18 I contacted the call centre, requesting a quote for the removal and re-installation of alarm system (owned by us). On 2012-12-19 Andre Erasmus came back via e-mail. I requested that the removal would take place on 2012-12-29 and re-installation also on the same day. He was supposed to come and view what we have, never happened! I scanned our current equipment list and e-mailed it to Andre via e-mail. He came back and said that the removal of our alarm system can possibly take place on 2012-12-29, but re-installation only on 2013-01-16/17. Also that we need to sign a document for our new contract - which up until today never happened! That was the last written communication we got from Andre. On 2012-12-22 he phoned and I was very rude to him, as he stated that the removal of the alarm system cannot happen on 2012-12-29. Later on a lady contacted me and asked if she can send technician on 2013-01-03, as that is the first available date and we agreed. She said that we will be contacted for re-installation. We still had to by occupational rent until 2013-01-03, though... The technician came on 2013-01-03 and ADT still has our alarm system and no response/service since!!
