ADT Do not need Customers?

I contacted ADT on Saturday morning 28/09/2013, I urgently need to have my alarm hooked up to an armed response as house break ins are on the rise in my area.
The call centre agent I spoke to on Saturday said that someone from sales would phone me, I did tell her it is urgent, within an hour, a sales person phoned me, I explained what I wanted and stressed that I need this done urgently, she said that Monday 30/09/2013 is the earliest she can get a sales person to come see me, so appointment was booked for 18:00 on 30/09/2013.
I got a call from a gentleman on 30/09/2013 at 14:30 asking me if appointment can be made earlier, I said it was not possible and he then asked me where I lived, this salesman was in Durban, and im in cape town, he said there has been a mistake and he would sort it out with sales in Cape Town, I again stressed to him how urgent this and he assured me that he will get them to send me a salesman at 18:00 as arranged.

it is now Tuesday morning 01/10/2013, adt did not show up, adt did not even phone me.
Do you people have too much clients? you don't need/want any more? disgusting service!!!
