No Stock of Important Components

ADT yet again never fail to have me wondering how a supposedly world class company can operate in such a despicable manner. More than five weeks back a fault was reported to ADT. After waiting for a technician for three day it was reported that a new panel is required. Upon enquiring four weeks later why nothing has materialised, I was informed that ADT are waiting for the quote (which I never received) to be signed. I verbally accepted the costs and guess what, I am still waiting. ADT claim they are waiting for stock! Really!!! A company the size of ADT do not have a stock holding of their own but are dependent on suppliers. Truth is they are not prepared to invest in stock and will only order when required thus passing blame onto the supplier. In the meantime my business is without any protection while I am still paying for monitoring fees.
The directors STILL hide away and of course are never reachable. We are left to deal with staff who do try their level best. A company that is afraid to have their senior members contactable are clearly afraid to face the reality of customer concerns. Time to seriously consider moving on.
