REFUSES TO PAY BACK MY MONEY

I requested a quote from sa Ladders on certain items. Once I accepted the quote and payed my money R10000 into their account on the 12 Feb. I was then informed that it will take 4-6 weeks to delivery the stock. This was unaccpetable to me so I went to another company who is able to provide the exact same stock within a week. When I requested a refund on my money I was informed that refunds are only made on the last friday of every month. I need this money to pay the new supplier for the stock. I ended up speaking to a lady named Jade who spoke to the man in charge Darren Duncan. She confirmed with me that my money will be paid into my account by the end of business day the next day 15 Feb. It is now 5 days later and I am still waiting for my refund. This is unacceptable. They are not a credit facility and have no right to withhold my money back while they earn the interest on it in their account. This is MY hard earned money and I want it paid into my account today 20 FEB. After service like this from the accounts side I will never recommend anyone go to them.
