MTN out of stock

Hi,

I am disappointed with MTN. They have advertised combo deal and only to find out that they do not have stock of one item. I am on the 3rd week now waiting for the Samsung Tab3 10.1. What I find annoying is that the consultants keep saying they do not know when they will receive the stock and that surprises me. I thought you ad a good procurement system and good relationship with suppliers. For now I will be waiting until someone decides to do their job and get stock. How come the whole MTN does not know when they will have the Tab 3's. Why is it so difficult. If you cannot have the goods u advertised why do you keep the advertisements and to us. 3 weeks and still waiting :( :( :( .

I also think you have a very poor dispatching system. If one product is not available from the deal and the client is willing to have part of it while they wait for you to get your act together why can't they have whats available while they wait?
