Never make use of ADT's service - without any notification or phone call, they handed my account over for debt collection. I have sent so many emails without receiving any feedback from ADT, but they are quick to hand you over. Also, they deduct money left, right and centre from your account also without any notification. It is just impossible to get any answers out of them. When I ask for the MD's email address, everyone at I spoke to at ADT refuse to give it to me - on the phone if I ask who is the MD. And this is not the first incident with ADT. I will not recommend them to anyone to use. Cant complain about the service, because there is no service!!!
