Toys R Us ALWAYS out of stock

Toys R Us Somerset Mall are ALWAYS out of stock. be it formula powder, nappies, milk bottles., dummies... and their answer to this is that another company bought them over and they are waiting for new suppliers. They also said to me on numerous occasions that the stock has been ordered weeks ago and they are waiting for delivery... but I actually phoned everyday for 2 weeks and the stock never arrived! We are on Vitality (Discovery) and get discount when buying nappies and we get cash back when purchasing other goods at Toys R Us. However as they are always out of stock, we are forced to purchase goods at other outlets where we don't get our discounts or cash back.
