Samsung TV still not delivered

I have been waiting for about two months for a samsung 40" 3d TV which was meant to be delivered in 10 working days, a complaint to MTN sp was forwarded to the supplier who said the TV is out of stock, this on the 24th of July, A call followed early this month saying the TV will be delivered soon, I would like to know when soon is and express my disappointment with mtnsp in that they fail to take responsibility for this mess and expect the customer to deal with the supplier. Why is a deal allowed to go through when the availability of stock is uncertain? Please do not hide behind the "while stocks lasts" fine print. MTN must deal with the suppliers and ensure that the product they offer is delivered within the time frame promised.
