Ridiculous Service Levels

I have been a member of ADT for 5 years. After i cancelled my service with them i have been instructed by them that they will come and remove my system. I am really sorry but when the installer came to my house he told me verbally that the system will be my property after 3 years.

Now ADT is telling me that i need to pay them R1500 for the system. Lets be honest with depreciation that system is actually worth nothing. Is this the way that you force your customers top continue using your services.

I had a break in at my house and i drive an old car. I passed your ADT vehicle while i was making my way back to my house after i was contacted. The same goes for my neighbor. He was twice the distance from his house as the ADT patrol vehicle and he also made it to his house before you guys.

I am a pensioner and i instructed them that i can pay R500 for the system that is five years old in my house. I was told sorry non negotiable.
