I installed a Beame tracking unit at TWT Centurion on Friday morning 06/12/2013 and was told I would get the installation certificate via email shortly after it was installed and paid for. This did not happen and I called the call center in the afternoon and was assured that it would be emailed and it was not! I called again on Saturday and once again assured it will be sent but still nothing. I tried again Monday morning and its now the afternoon and still nothing in my inbox or response to why I have not received this yet.

Mix Telematics are hopeless, if they can't get a simple thing like this right I highly doubt they can track my car if its.
