Worst Service Eve

A month Ago I received an SMS that my system needed to be upgraded/serviced. I agreed to have ADT to come and service my System and even paid to have an extra Panic button installed.
Before the service we never had problems with the system, but since then, our Alarm just rings non stop without being activated. We have called ADT numerous times and they send one of their technical guys to come and fix this but the problem persists. And I am being charged for all this call outs when its their fault that my system is not ok in the first place.
The technical manager made an Appointment yesterday that someone will come to our house to fix this problem and they did not pitch, not even the decency to call us postpone.
We are paying for the security that is never there, and we have children in the house, so anything can happen anytime and ADT will not take blame as always
