STILL waiting for my refund!!!

ADT installed security beams at my home at the end of September 2013, on 3rd October I paid them in full for the work done an amount of R5, 746.33 On 12th November I received a call from a lady called Irene in their accounts dept, she wanted to know when I was going to make payment. I told I had done it ages ago and she requested proof, I emailed her 3 times that day to the email address she provided and heard no more. On 25th November when I went to pay some of my accounts I noticed that ADT had debited the R5, 746.33 from my account!!! I consider this to be and have contacted them numerous times and have pathetic excuses as to why the money was taken! They have made plenty of promises to refund me but to-date I am still waiting!! I am now in overdraft and cant buy my family Christmas presents!!! I have waited TWO WEEKS already and want this sorted out and proof of the refund sent to me by the close of business TODAY!!!
I will be cancelled my personal account and my business's account with ADT as soon as possible!!!
