I have a data account with 8ta and have had endless problems with their billing and accounts department, I must say that this is the worse company to have an account with. Firstly my account is debited an amount that I did not sign for and then I have to wait forever to recieve my own money back as a refund from them. My account was suspended and overdue due to a fault on 8ta side with not taking off the debit when they should of, and then I paid in one instalment amount and immediately sent through my proof of payment and requested that my account can be debited with the remainding amount fo R758 come pay day. i made the R379 payment of the 11 September 2013 and then on the 26 September they still took off R1137 and not R758. I come to work this morning to find in my email box that my statement from 8ta reflects that my account is overdue and has not been paid, i would like to know why the accounts department take so long to update their records as this reflects badly on me and I have paid my account up to date and am still waiting for my refund to be paid to me from the day they debited my account on the 26 September. I am a VERY Unhappy client and wish I never had a contract...
