STILL NO REFUND

I signed up with ADT on 18/9 & they said that somebody will contact me regarding installation within 7 days. 2 weeks later they contacted me saying they wanted to do the installation of the alarm system on a weekday. Seeing as we both work I requested that it be done after hours or on the weekend, they said they would call me back & never did. I eventually called them back on 1/10, thrice, trying to establish what was going on with no success. I therefore, emailed them on 3/10 @ 7:44am to cancel the contract, an agent then called me back trying to get me to reconsider but i refused, she acknowledged that I wanted to cancel. On 5/10, ADT debited my account for R900! I have emailed them & called on numerous occasions requesting my refund. They agent emailed me to say it will be refunded"in due course." What does that mean? I have requested the details for the accounts department & I have got nothing back! What type of customer service is this? What must their armed response be like, if they are this slow in every other aspect of their business? This is pathetic & I will be letting everybody know what a pathetic bunch ADT Security is.
