We (Cool Wines) cancelled our C Track account in October 2012. In November 2013 a debit order was taken off our account by them out of the blue. We are trying to find out information but are having no joy in speaking to anyone who can help us. In the end I had to pretend I was interested in buying something before they would speak to me. The sales person then put us through to accounts who didn't know anything and said we had to speak to our account manager. We pointed out that we did not have an account and they said Susan was our person. We got her answering machine and to date no feedback.
