MY ACCOUNT PROBLEMS NOT BEING RESOLVED.ANGRY

I Have an account with Joshua door since January 2012. They decided to stop debiting my account in October 2012 for what reason I don't know. I contacted them and requested information as to why my account was not debited and a reason was given, which I don't remember. Nonetheless, I requested the amount that I need to pay in order to be on the right track regarding my account and account details so I can do an EFT of R2387.40 which I did and sent a confirmation of payment to a guy called Calvin. Who didn't bother giving me any feedback? After a week I received as sums saying I have not paid my account and if I don't then I'll be sent to the lawyers. I then called again and got hold of Mmeli who I sent the same confirmation, and like Calvin no feedback. I recently got a sms that my account has been handed over to legal. I call again and am being transferred to this person and these people who either hang up the line or keep me on hold for - 30 minutes. Am sick and tired of running around trying to solve this issue. Now my credit record is being negatively impacted because of incompetent stuff members. I need this matter to be resolved asap, as i want to keep my credit record clean
