USELESS HELP, PATHETIC SERVICE

Good Day,

Your customer care service has been terrible. I have filled in the online form for the Beame unit for the past week now and no one has gotten back to me. I have called in to get help and I just get reffered and reffered. Your service is shocking.!!!

Can some one please get back to me with regards to installing a beame tracking unit. I don't see how hard it is to get back to some one. I've been waiting for the past week now.
