I have inserted a Beame in my vehicle. I have confirmed with my insurance that this will cost me R59pm. To my utter disgust I have noticed that Beame has never updated my insurance details.

After raising my concerns they have advised me that I am the person respnsable to submit these details. The agent I went to, to have the device installed has advised me as the insurance has sent me there they have all my details and will forward all the necessary to Matrix. In my opinion some grey area exists between agents and Matrix.

My mater has not been resolved after 4 months now and I am still being billed R99 per month. What do I do now? Cancell the device? That I cant do as it will jeopadise my insurance cover. Call Matrix? They wont take responsability!

My mater is just hanging in Limbo and a heads up to consumers out there... Beware of this company, I have a tracker fitted to my other vehicle and not once did I have to run around to get pricing in place, I guess that is why they are the leaders in vehicle tracking!!!

I have paid R40 extra and believe me that R40per month is costly, in 1 years time these money suckers would make R480 from me!!
