BEAME GONE HORRIBLY WRONG

I am currently paying monthly for a Beame recovery unit that was installed in my car, i recently purchased a new vehicle and sold the old vehicle, all I need is for someone to update the vehicle details on the tracker so that the Beame can be installed in my new car. According to everyoney this cannot be done because the policy says it cannot be moved from one vehicle to the next. My issue with this is that does this mean that if we get this recovery device from TIGER WHEEL and TYRE we will not be able to ever buy a new car otherwise we will have to pay a cancellation fee on a unit that you dont want to cancel.
All i want is to get the darn unit installed in the new car without hassle but nobody is helping and i think this is terrible service.
