RE: BAD SERVICE AND CUSTOMER CARE

I requested BEAME twice to contact me via their website on 27/05/2013. I eventually called the call centre on 28/05/2013 who said that another dept. had to call me and gave me a ref 1375832. No one called and I once again called on 29/05/2013 the lady said that she would escalate it on the same ref. I have purchased a new vehicle and is collecting same on 01/06/2013. I would obviously want it to be fitted by then and the one in the current vehicle needs to be cancelled as from 01/062013. Could someone kindly get back to me with regards to this and also advise when the contract will me done so that I can go somewhere else.
