Refund? What Refund

I was promised a refund by Beame last month for the device that is inactive on my vehicle that was. Since the vehicle was in October 2012 and every month since then Beame deducted a monthly fee until i realized this. I was promised a refund for the 7 months but even after trying to contact them i havent received any response from them.
