Worst service ever!!!

I had to phone them to let them know that there was a break in at my house on Saturday, and I had to phone so that someone could service the system and have been waiting the whole day now to get hold of someone who could send someone out to help me. The worst service ever!!! Many times before I have phoned to get some info or update some info and either NO updates or NO reply.
