Bad service

I purchased a car from Kia in Rand-burg in the same process I purchased a netstar contract for 3 years (paid in full) on collection of the car it needed to be fitted with a tracing device I received one phone call stating I should send a e mail with proof of address and ID as the system uses a sim I proceeded to send all the info to the person requesting the info on the 14th of March I sent a mail wanting to find out the resin y I still have not had any call as to y no one had booked my car to have the unit installed all I received back was a e mail stating the fitment centre will phone me it is now 25 March so I decided to phone netstar only to be placed on hold again after holding 10 Min the first time, then to just be placed on hold 15 Min. I think this is the worst service I have ever received and would recommend anyone ells to rather use a competent agency.
