Hi, I am a client of Chubb and residing in Randfontein Toekomsrus. On Friday the 21st June we had a break in at our home and they took our decoder, small radio and iron and they break through two windows that we had to replace spending R630.00. Its not the first time we had such experience and they took our Hi-Fi system and we called Chubb about it and they told me there was no signal on which they send out a technician only to find out our alarm system its on a good working condition.

All they do they take time to respond and don't patrol. I am not happy at all as I am paying them for nothing. Should they need to know which client is it: Monica Masinga, address is 1614 Opal Street. Toekomsrus, Randfontein.
