Worlds worst bank, and service provider ever... They take out life insurance on your name but they do not tell you about it. No one even contacted me. Let alone send a nurse to see if i am alive or not... When i call to query you get put on hold for 40 min. When you ask for your documents to see what you are insured for they say it takes 48 hrs to email... really??? When you ask for a manager you get put on hold for 20 min again and then you get told they are on break... As i write this i am still waiting for the "manager" to come off their break. Good thing i have life insurance because i might be dead by the time i recieve the call or info i require.
