ADT debits additional money from customers account

ADTs accounts department has debited an amount of R355.68 from my account on the the 25th of November 2013 for a system fault for the month of August 2013 while we were waiting for a technician to come to our premises to find the fault. At the time, one of the managers confirmed that we will not be charged for the faulty signals as we were simply waiting for a technician in that period. I have made several attempts contacting this manager to find out when my money (R355.68) will be refunded to me - she has contacted the accounts dept and said that accounts will contact me but nobody has contacted me for the past 5 days yet ADT have the nerve to still deduct my account to the value of R275 for my monthly fee when in actual fact they are still owing me money. I am a very frustrated client and will not recommend anybody signing an armed response contract with ADT. This is not my first bad experience with ADT security and advise others not to sign up with ADT.
