I am disgusted with the service I received from the ADT call centre. I called in more than 7 times on the 30th of November, trying to reset my security code. I spoke to a guy named Thabo who kept on putting me on hold for more than 10mins. I kept on calling him until he transferred me to a girl Mandisa who hung up on me while I was explaining my security need. I cannot believe that these people think that a persons life in danger is Childs play. I am angry and disappointed at how these consultants handled my case. I pay for the service, why should my property be put in danger? I expect an apology, these two stupid consultants who can't do their job
must call me!
