I CANCELLED MY SECURITY ON THE 30TH NOVEMBER 12. THEY HAVE CONTINUED TO DEDUCT FROM OUR BANK ACCOUNT THE MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION. I CANCELLED THEIR SECURITY BY TELEPHONE ON THE 30TH NOVEMBER OF WHICH THEY HAVE A RECORD, BUT THEY SAY THEY NEVER RECEIVED A FAX FROM ME CONFIRMING THE CANCELLATION. I RECENT THE FAX ON THE 14TH FEB 13, ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT THEY WILL STILL DEDUCT MARCH 13 SUBSCRIPTION. I AM SO DISAPPOINTED IN THIS COMPANY WHO WE HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH FOR THE LAST 20 - YEARS. THE REASON WE CHANGED FROM ADT IS THAT WE HAD ANOTHER ALARM INSTALLED WHICH WAS FREE AND THE MONTHLY AMOUNT LESS THAN ADTS. WE ARE PENSIONERS AND COULD NO LONGER AFFORD ADT'S SERVICE. WHERE DO I GO TO FROM HERE. THEY HAVE ASKED ME TO GO TO TELKOM AND ASK TELKOM TO TRACE THE FAX I SENT THROUGH ON THE 30TH NOVEMBER. i FEEL THEY ARE BEING TOTALLY UNREASONABLE AND JUST OUT TO RIP PEOPLE OFF.
