I recently moved from Chubb security to ADT, worst mistake of my life. I have been promised a technician over 3 times already as my alarm is not functioning properly. It's been about a month now without security and will be calling Chubb to reinstate my services with them, I wonder if they will cover my losses should something happen in my property. With the current criminal rate in our country, the last thing one needs is a useless security company that dont put the safety of its customers first. I am appalled by ADT's service and response to the matter, I have kids and a wife that I need to worry about their security daily.
