After Service my Alarm Panel is dead!!

I had great service when Dirkie had to install my alarm system. After a few years the panel starts beeping like crazy to service the beams and sensors.

I called Dirkie who comes and replaces batteries (while im at work). When i get home my wife tells me Dirkie took a Security gadget that belongs to another company. I was furious as that was unacceptable as the other company will claim for their belongings. I then had a look at the invoice and to my surprise, i see the cost of batteries changed almost double to what i could buy at any store. Nevertheless i let that one go.

After a few months my panels starts beeping like crazy once again, and even worse, when my alarm is activated, if someone walks past a beem, the panel resets which doesnt allow the siren to go off. We call Dirkie and he doesnt come. We then have a break in where all our valuables got. Dirkie then decides to come and again changes batteries and does a service. After just a month, my entire panel goes DEAD!! We call Dirkie but its been over three months now and no response.

I now need to invest in an entire new Security System. What a waste of money!
