I dropped my girlfriend an my two kids at the mall to do present shopping for the festive season... She went to the wimpy to have breakfast and then went to do her shopping. My small sun of 3 said he wants to go to the toilet and she decided to take him to the nearest one right next to Nando's as she went in at the hall way there is a corner just in front of the toilets a man with a green shirt put an unknown weapon in her back forced her into the toilets and told her give me the money in the bag, He got away with R1500 in cash. NOW MY GIRLFREND MY SMALL DAUGHTER OF 4 MONTHS AND SUN OF THREE WAS IN DANGER AT SUPOSED "SECURE" PLACE. I keep the management responsible for this incident and I want my money back. Or I will take legal action against them for my family's life that was in danger. We went to security after my arrival because she was too scared to leave the toilets. Security told us they can't look for the person at the time and had to get someone else to check the cameras, We could not wait so long and left, security did see the person on the camera as described by my girlfriend.
