Still waiting for a consultant

Two or three weeks ago I phoned Louise and she promised to fix my account... to date they have taken the wrong amount again and I am sick of it... as I explained to her that I have a budget... at the end of the day... also in that same conversation she promised that a consultant will contact me... to date nothing... pathetic service really and I am quite irritable with this now...
