I have submitted electronically an application for membership with Discovery Health on the 29th of January 13. My reference number given was 1498607. I phoned them (0115292888) which I was informed that it will take up to 48 hours for a consultant to cantact me. I called them on the 1st of February 13 again and was informed that a consultant will contact me before 17:00. Nobody contacted me. I phoned them on the 4th of February 13 were I was promised that a consultant will call me before close of day, still no one has phoned. I follwed up once again on the 5th of February where the consultant promised me that a consultant will be in contact with me before 13:00. Today is the 7th of February 13 and no consultant has been in contact with me? It looks like they are not willing to welcome new clients. I've tried to complain to a supervisor or manager but was promised that this matter is taking priority. I'm still waiting for a consultant to contact me. This is absolute poor for such a big company.
