On 27 Nov 2013, a tele marketer from Nashua Mobile phoned me to enquire if I would be interested in a new top-up cell phone account, I accepted and we started the details. I then informed me that the first payment date would be on the 1st of January 2014to which i responded I cant seeing I only get paid on the 15th of every month, e then said he will discuss this with his supervisor, he placed me on hold. when he returned he said it was fine for the 15th. I enquired wrt the amount payable and he confirmed R249.00. I accepted. On the 31st of December 2013 my bankaccount was debited with R486.34, when i enquired wrt the date and amount I was only informed by the consultant at Nashua Mobile CenturionMall that the amount included a R200.00 activation fee from CellC, this was never explained to me during the telephone conversation. Even the date for the debitorder was wrong. On the 15th Jan 2014 when I paid the outstanding amount after the phone was locked twice, was I informed that my Jan2014 account was R345.oo which included a R90.00 delivery fee. This was never explained as part of the contract. Nashua Mobile changed my debit order date to the 1st of every month without informing me
