Terrible Service for an expensive price!!!

Please note that i pay far too much money to receive the service i recently received from ADT!
Last night during the storm, whilst away from my property i was contacted by the call center at 8pm to notify me that they had received an alarm from my house. Due to the fact that i was not at home i asked them to go and investigate as i was unsure if anything was wrong.
The patrol vehicle pitched up at my house at 3AM IN THE MORNING attempting to first open my door before knocking etc!!

It is completely unacceptable to pay the exuberant rates i pay to have a service 7hours later?!!!??!??
If this was an emergency i would have been left for dead and high and dry by the time the patrol had arrived.
This is not the first time i have had this issue with ADT!
It is just too easy for ADT to neglect clients and the call centers constantly pass the blame on shift changes etc!
I demand a response so that this issue can be taken further!
