I spoke to a consultant 15 january and asked her to move my debit order dates due to a new job I have and different pay dates. She said clearly over the phone that my debit order dates would be moved and nothing will go of on the date I used to pay and all 3 contracts will go of on my new debit order dates. I asked 3 times if everything will go of on the new debit order date and she said yes. got the whole conversation recorded. Thanks to a very cool app. But that did not happen. Debit orders went of on wrong date and there was not enough money in bank acc so the payments did not go through and the bank also charge me penalties for 3 debits that bounced. I phoned on the 3rd of feb to asked why it had happened and the lady said they will listen to the recording on their side and said they will get back to me in 48h. Its been 88hours and still no one that gets back to you.there must have been a very big misunderstanding between me and the consultant but that is the way I explained how I wanted it be and thought we understood each other. Now they want to blacklist phone etc etc they can gladly take the 3 contracts and I will find myself a new service provider.
