Illing me for no service at all

I complain about 3 weeks ago but still no 1 has phoned me adt is quickly to respond and say they will phone u back but its only because they never do wont recommend to anyone too join them worst service ever what happened is I moved from alberton to boksburg I phoned 1week june and asked them to remove radio from alberton and install in boksburg they told me t to email my new address I did that but they never install the radio in boksburg I kept on phoning them from june till end july every time I had to hold and then they transver me from 1 person too another then they say they wil call me back but never did so I left it there cause my 2 year contract is finish meening why must I pay for no service then after 3 months I start to get threatening letters why must I pay if I didnt get any service im sure they must have all the recordings for all the time I phoned so now u gonna reply again and say someone will phone me well im waiting I wont pay any money too u be aware off adt always there where
