The following practices are unethical in my opinion which occurred with Tracker:

- An extra product was added to my account without my permission and I was charged for this. This can only be reversed and refunded after an investigation is conducted
- I was informed during a sales call that my subscription will be reduced. However, the subscription was actually increased by their 'inflationary' increase and after following up I was told that the reduction will only take place in January, something that I was not informed during the sales call

Total amount of my time wasted writing this post and calling to follow up on my account should amount to over an hour.

I have subsequently requested that my contract be cancelled.
