I made an appointment with Brakpan TV and Radio to come and install our PVR Dish at our new home in Boksburg. Firstly I asked if they would travel to that area and which time would be best. Understand we had bought the house and do not have access since the tenants are moving out on the 31st so we arranged with them to be available on the 28th at 11:00. This was confirmed with the OWNER...

Right 11:58 today my husband was still waiting, after phoning them he informed me that, and I quote: "You should not expect us to be on time for an 11:00 appointment, I cannot let me staff wait around until then, when a new job comes in I send them out, he will be with you later" Ok so I phone at 12:30, I asked if we could cancel, guess what... one of the staff members puts the phone down in my ear after telling me that they tried to phone the whole morning, I answered him saying its, plump down the phone.

So please tell me since you advised me on the time how the Are we suppose to know how late you "think" you can do it?
